Our backyard has never looked better – just in time before summer ! The stamped concrete deck is absolutely stunning, and the Alumawood patio covers provide the perfect space for entertaining and a little shade for our dogs. Every crew member was courteous, respectful of our time and space, and a pleasure to work with. Communication from the owner Shimon and the office staff was outstanding. Our backyard needed new drainage and pavers put in. After getting multiple quotes, we are very happy we chose Leon Design and Build. Rom really took the extra time working with us. He was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. All aspects of the job were laid out clearly, including payments and timing. Communication was great and the job was done well. Benny and Ed worked hard every day, always cleaning up afterward. They were not satisfied until we were. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We bought a house that had a dirt & dead lawn patch that turned into mud when it rained and flowed onto the sidewalk and street. We wanted to take care of it quickly before any major storms came through so I reached out to a few people on Yelp and Leon Design & Build was the first to respond.
Sean came over the next day for an in-person estimate and gave me options and pricing as well as his recommendation for what he would do. He was very professional and personable and I liked him right away. I did my due diligence though and got estimates from the other contractors that responded to my Yelp request. We went with Sean because his pricing was very reasonable, he had great reviews (and no complaints with the state license board unlike some of the others), and he was super communicative with me.
I am so happy we chose to go with Leon Design & Build! The whole process was enjoyable and easy. Sean bent over backwards to work within our fast timeline and rescheduled the job to better suit our needs, which is saying a lot since it was right before Christmas. He also went the extra mile to find and buy pavers that matched our pre-existing walkway pavers. His crew did a fantastic job with the installation, matching the slope of our walkway and driveway so everything is smooth and seamless.

Leon Design & Build installed a new driveway for us just before Christmas. It turned out beautifully, just like we wanted. We choose stamped concrete in a slate tile with a black finish. Sean and Rom were with us every step of the way, from demolishing the old driveway to installing the new one. They supervised every facet of the job. I was very impressed. We’ve found our company. For any jobs we have in the future, Leon Design & Building will do them for us.

We hired Leon Design and Build for a driveway repair and expansion, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We reached out to several contractors for bids to remove landscaping, a tree, and grade a sloped area to seamlessly blend with the existing driveway. Initially, we were considering concrete options like aggregate or stamped concrete, but Sean introduced us to the benefits of pavers. After seeing some options, it quickly became our favorite choice for both aesthetics and durability.

Leon Design & Build just finished building a 50 ft retaining wall with concrete steps going down into the canyon and the end result is exactly what I wanted. This is the 3rd time I have hired this company, always with excellent results.
