All furniture and appliances we install in our renovation projects come with warranties. Depending on the item, the warranty policies may vary. If you would like more information on specific items, you can reach out to one of our representatives.

We prefer to avoid changes once we’ve started working on any project. That’s why we have multiple discussions and meetings to go over our plan in detail and address any concerns or changes you might want before we begin. We want to include your feedback and input as much as possible.

During your free consultation you’ll meet your project manager who will guide you through the entire process and be right beside you every step of the way. They’ll be available to answer any questions you have.

We usually begin work within a couple of days of signing the contract. Our aim is to get started as soon as we can so you don’t have to wait too long to get back your renovated home.

Depending on the work being done you may not need to do too much preparation in advance. For indoor remodeling projects we may need you to pack up items in your homes and clear out some space in the rooms we’ll be working on. For outdoor remodeling projects our team will remove anything we need to begin work. Either way your project manager will inform and update on exactly what you need to do and what you should expect.

Overall remodeling your home will help increase the value of your property however some projects may increase the value more than others. For example adding more square footage with an additional room can add more value than remodeling your bathroom. One thing you can be sure of is that no matter what type of remodeling you’re planning it will help increase the value of your home.
